Responsible for day-to-day customer care and administration of cloud services.
Respond to escalated customer service issues using email, phone, and web conference technology
Work within a global support team covering cloud operations during working hours.
Able to write effective handoff from shift to shift for cloud support issues.
Responsible for general health and maintenance of cloud service offerings.
Provide advice and information to customers and colleagues regarding Google Workspace Econz and general cloud infrastructure as service offerings and best practices.
Keep apprised of new Google Services and general cloud offerings.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to meet time demands without compromising quality.
About You
Formal degree: BCA/Btech/ Computer Science/IT.
Min. work experience: 6 months to 1 year (Google Workspace).
Effective communication skills and customer handling.
Effective time management skills.
Effective prioritizing and multitasking skills and a team player.
